We have thought long and hard about the (lunch) catering for our guests. Since there is no appropriate infrastructure in the vicinity of the Francke Foundations or on the foundation grounds themselves that would allow us to feed more than 1,000 people at the same time, we have come up with a comprehensive catering concept.
Lunch package (lunch break)
Our lunch package costs € 9.00 per day / person and can be booked individually for each day. The price includes a meal (value approx. 7.50€ incl. VAT), a drink (value approx. 1.00€ incl. VAT) as well as a service fee for the required staff and crockery (value approx. 0.50€). The food and drink vouchers will be handed out on site during registration and can be redeemed at one of our 8 supply stations. Enclosed are a few impressions that will hopefully whet your appetite for more.
Pop-up bakery
We are planning a pop-up bakery in House 32, which will offer a varied range of pastries, cakes, savoury snacks, sandwiches and more for the participants throughout the day. Arrangements with a bakery in Halle are already underway. The costs are to be passed on 1:1 to the participants – we do not want to make a profit from the sale. More information will follow after the contract is signed.

Coffee and tea stations
At a total of 15 coffee stations, we will offer all participants free coffee, tea and water (with and without flavour) during the event breaks. A reusable cup is required for serving coffee, which all participants will receive upon registration. Regional apples from Saxony-Anhalt will be available for a snack in between.

Conference Cafés & Coffee Truck
If you would rather have a coffee speciality or a special type of tea, want to talk to colleagues in peace and quiet or enjoy a piece of cake in the afternoon, one of our three conference cafés or our coffee truck is the right place for you. The three conference cafés are centrally located on the congress grounds and each offers space for 20 – 40 people.
