The session “Poster & Discourse” is designed as a presentation and exchange opportunity for research projects and plans in educational science in both graphic and interactive form. The invitation to “Poster & Discourse” is therefore deliberate in order to emphasise the importance of discussion and networking. For this purpose, a hybrid format will be offered during the congress.

The presentation of posters will take place in presence on 12 March 2024 between 13:00 and 14:15. In addition, beyond this attendance date, there will be the possibility of exchange in a digital format in the week before and after the congress, so that the research projects can be fully explored and discussed. In addition, workshops for the preparation of posters will be offered.

The submissions can a) be thematically related to the congress theme or b) be presented as a research project that is thematically separate from it. In order to facilitate allocation to specific topics, we ask that three to five keywords be mentioned. Innovative work related to the methodological approach is just as welcome as research contributions that are oriented towards current problems.

Poster contributions can be submitted via ConfTool (LINK) until 15 September 2023. The submission in the form of an abstract should not exceed 2,500 characters (incl. spaces and literature). At least one member of the responsible author group must be present at the poster (DIN A1 portrait printout) during the presentation in Halle. The text of the abstract must be submitted in anonymised form, as the review process will be anonymised.

For all scientists who have submitted an abstract, a workshop will be offered in October 2023 to prepare posters. Feedback on whether the contribution has been accepted will be provided by mid-November 2023. For all those whose contribution has been accepted, in-depth workshop offers are planned in December. Finally, the poster to be exhibited should be submitted in digital form by 31 January 2024, so that they can already be made digitally visible and accessible in presence before as well as after the congress period.

All congress participants are invited to take part in the central session on 12 March 2024 and also to talk digitally with the authors about their work.
